Week 2 – January 14th, 2025 Theme: English Learners and Students with Disabilities in Rural Public Schools
One thing almost all Region C Parent Centers have in common is vast amounts of rural service area. Service delivery and Special Education have unique challenges in our areas. The National Center for Education Statistics offers data sets and research focused specifically on rural special education. Week 3 – January 21st, 2025 Theme: Office of Planning, Research & Evaluation Research & Data Topics
Like the data related to OCR, Juvenile Justice, and rural services outlined in December and early January; the data housed in collaborating administrations like the Administration of Children and Families’ Office of Research and Planning offers insights into the social determinants that impact the families we serve. Did you know there is a newly emerging TA center called the Early Childhood Intervention Personnel Center for Equity?
