WI FACETS is home to the Region C Parent Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) for Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) and Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs) in a 16-state region through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).
