The PACER Center
The PACER Center in Minnesota was established in 1977 and offers more than 30 programs for parents, students, professionals and other parent organizations.
PACER founded the National Bullying and Prevention Center in 2006. This updated resource, Beyond Sticks and Stones, offers prevention strategies for children, and information and practical tools parents and other adults need to take action to address and prevent bullying.
