Innovate and Empower: Professional Growth for Parent Center Staff
The conference will begin on September 24th, 2025 for Directors only. All staff are welcome on September 25th and 26th, 2025. The conference will conclude at 4:30 pm CST on Friday, September 26th.
The conference will be held at the Royal Sonesta in Minneapolis, MN at 35 S 7th St, Minneapolis, MN 55042. To support conference attendance, Region C will provide travel expense reimbursement up to $1500 for each Region C parent center who has at least 1 representative attend all 3 days of the conference and books their hotel in the designated room block at the Royal Sonesta.
There will be no registration fee for the first two attendees from each Region C parent center. The registration fee for additional attendees is $175 and will be invoiced separately.
Registration is due by August 29th. Hotel reservations are due by August 29th.
Room Rate: $219 per night Single / $239 Double, plus applicable taxes. To be eligible for expense reimbursement, you must stay at the Royal Sonesta.
Hotel Parking: $30 (24 hours) Daily Parking: $23 max
Meals for Hotel Guests: A select menu of standard breakfast offerings will be available in the hotel restaurant, vouchers included in room rate. Lunch will be provided daily for attendees.
